Huge layer drift on first layer

Hello, I’m having an issue that is driving me crazy. When I start a print, the printer head does all the previous calibration and during this process, when it hits the corners it sometimes does some weird noises, like if the motors wanted to go beyond the physical limit. I believe this makes the belt to jump some of the gear teeth and the position is not correctly calibrated. I attach two photos, in the first one you can see that the prints it does to clean the nozzle gets separated instead of printing bothe sides close to each other. On the second photo you can see the drift after the first layer.

I have reisntalled the firmware, done a factory reset and nothing, the problem keeps happening. I believe it has something to do with the homing, that the sensorless homing it does taking the power consumption of the steppers is not working correctly and it does not stop at the points it should.
Plus, look at where the filament comes out at the beginning

Do you have any idea of how we could solve this problem?

Thank you very much

First I would check to see if your nozzle is straight. They can bend a the heat break and that will show as a weird offset. While you’re in there make sure the two nozzle screws are tight.

Weird offsets can often means that the printer hasn’t been able to fully home in the front right corner. Do you have any “mods” installed like a drag chain or PTFE guide? Can you fully move the print head manually to the front right corner? Make sure the head can move fully to all 4 corners. People have pervious found pieces of old purge tower or filament poop in the corners what cause an offset.

Thanks for your answer, the problem was that the ptfe tube was slightly taken out and when the print head travelled to the opposite corner it had some kind of tension that manually did not feel very hard but it was actually dragging the motors. I pushed the ptfe tube inside the box and recalibrated the printer, now it goes perfect.
