I’ve done a quick calculation and correct me if I’m wrong, but judging from your numbers you ought to have around 410 points: 185 from completing profile and tasks, 3 for 1 rated print profile, 90 for model prints&downloads and 132 for boosts. That wouldn’t be enough for a giftcard which goes for 524 on eurozone, unless you’ve got some extra 114+ points or I’m totally off with my maths(which is quite likely)?
Anyway - I remember several months ago on fb or some other shitial network one user was describing situation where he and his buddy boosted each other’s models and got both accounts banned in manner of weeks. Maybe Bambu detected similar patters on your account? Or maybe some other pattern of actions on your account seemed to match other known point manipulation techniques and you’ve got hit?
