Can we please remove the one pixel height difference!
My touch of the tism will greatly appreciate it!
I don’t seem to have this issue
Which software program are you using and where within the program do you see it?
That is the shape presented, but, not the graphic shown.
This is why I am asking what software and where within the software.
Your graphic from Bambu Studio isn’t the same as the one provided by the OP.
This is why I haven’t answered the question as more information is required.
When you say mine is different do you just mean because his has a gap or in what way?
It is indeed in the “Device” section of Bambu Studio. I do have darkmode enabled if that is of any influence
When I turn on dark mode mine isn’t broken where yours is but it appears to be a pixel out of line where it meets the “Ext Spool” gray square lol.
Now we have sufficient information.
- Bambu Studio
- Dark Mode
- Device Tab
- Extruder image
- The connecting line is off-square.
Unknown if it is Windows & Mac or just one of them.
I’m guessing Mac because I’m running Windows 11 and don’t have this issue in dark mode.
Nope, Windows 11 here as well.
Strange, does this issue occur in light mode for you too?
Also please change this to the bug report category
This issue can also happen in light mode. Also isn’t this the only place that has an extruder like that?
Which version of Bambu Studio are you running?
I’m trying to determine any specific factor that narrows down the incidence.
I second this. Use the pencil near the title.
I had thought this could be a problem on just your machine, but, @PrinterMcgee broke his as well!
You can’t leave him alone with anything!
As an aside, does the issue change having done any of these things?
- Launch Bambu Studio after not running (after boot).
- Changing filaments in the AMS
- Printing something that causes the AMS representation to update, a second slot filament for example
- Swapping between AMS 1 and AMS 2 (@PrinterMcgee specifically)
More importantly, you need to dry that filament
Now that one I can justify by using a brand new AMS with fresh new fillament
My first guess it has to do something with the screen resolution, but it seems not…
I tested on Win11 in dark mode and with 800x640 up to 2560x1440 and have in all cases:
Maybe someone can test in 4k?
UPDATE: It appears that it may be resolution based. I tested with every resolution available on my laptop (W11), here are the results
Regular:
1400x1050
1680x1050
1920 x 1080
Has the issue:
1600 x 900
1440 x 900
1366 x 768
1360 x 768
1280 x 1024
1280 x 800
Edit: Also appears to be based on scale too. My test was done with 125% scale. 100%, 175% and 150% scale both seem to create issues with this on all resolutions.
@Tanklet please fix this
