Overhangs (as you have found) will be a problem at this layer height. There just isn’t anything for the layer to print on at that kind of stepover/layer height. Trying to print on an overhang curve will result in the stringing you are seeing.

Not yet sorry, I had to print something else (which unfortunately spaghetti’d due to me not cleaning the bed)
On this print, it’s not a problem, I was just trying to avoid this in the future for prints where this will be a problem

I’ll just call this type of stringing “filament dragging”.
I am glad I went the trouble of printing multiple tests, creating a 3mf and trying different materials for you to say someone else solved it.
