Can you help me report this person on MakerWorld they have stolen a lot of the models they have posted

A little more information is needed for this. In principle, only the creator of the original model can report it. Of course, someone else can do it too, but the chances of success are greater if the creator does it and provides the necessary evidence.
Which model are we talking about exactly? Which one concerns you? Or is it now about help on how to do it?
One more note: This is not a toy, but an important tool that should be used responsibly. Therefore, you will need more evidence and arguments than: “they have stolen a lot of the models” 
Edit: You could post your MakerWorld account, or to be more precise, which model you are referring to, so that we can see what the issue is.
Don’t know if the models are stolen, but fact is that only a handful come with a print profile…

But like the others have said, do you have a list of specific models that are stolen? You should report those individually rather than the whole profile.

… I searched a few and they were all on other model sites under other people.

All the pics are AI. Would think that alone would warrant a report? May save time and report the user, just use “other” and be detailed.
