Oh my god, help me guys!
I just got a huge penalty of about 6.5k points for violating the exclusive model program rules.
But I just can’t figure out what I’ve done, that might have violated these rules.
The model (link) has been online for over 2 years and I joined the exclusive program short after it was introduced. The model was NEVER uploaded anywhere but on makerworld and of course I designed it completely ba myself including test prints and refining the model step by step.
I love 3D printing and designing models, but this is a huge bummer!
I just can’t tell you how disappointed I am about this behaviour from Bambu Lab.
I have only 1 chance to appeal and don’t know what to explain, because I dont’t know what’s wrong with my model.

Can you share with us the message they sent you?
Agreed, this would help us understand what happened.
Open a ticket and ask for clarification before starting the appeal.
My best guess from a quick look is that it is being removed because you copied over the same general geometry into other models. Originality is the first point of the guidelines. There are hundreds of other headphone hangers with virtually the same geometry and you contribute to that by adding textures.
Worst part is, I guess they deducted all the points from that model instead of just deducting the extra from having it in the exclusive program.

I’m thinking there’s a lot more to this story than what’s been posted.
I’m also wondering why all the pics look AI generated, even the print.
So far, just so far, this doesn’t pass the sniff test.
I thought the same thing, but I think that some of the pictures are real.
Fishy when the main images used are renders though.
I don’t use AI generated images, just some rendered pictures but also self-shot images to show the final result.

That also brings into question the other few models posted on that page as well that are labeled as exclusive on MW.

VIOLATION REASON
Non-exclusive model.
That was clear. After reading it I only had to do a Google image search.
If you have more “exclusive” models in Makeronline remove them or you will be penalised if someone report them.

Lets remember before passing judgment that there is the possibility that the account was cloned by someone else.

that is a fair point. Someone did that with my models when I just had a few. But i got a mail from Makerworld telling me that they found the models on another site. And that I should take action. If I could not solve it myself, they would help. In the end I solved it myself to request a take down on the other site.
I didn’t know about Makeronline until know. 
It looks like a chinese clone from from Makerworld.
And NO, I didn’t upload any files to this site!
Looks like someone has stolen my models and uploaded them.

That is what I was thinking as well, but the username of the person is the same for makerworld as well.
You should let them know and show proof that it is not you. It you can prove that the other account is not you, they can take action against those clones.
If it is not you, It sure looks like they copied nearly all of your models.

I just opened a ticket for copyright support and hope this will help! I also registered at makeronline.com to report the model and the whole copied account.Thank you for your support and I will keep you up-to-date if you wish.
