I have tried everything but the Print Head is knocking off my print every time

My A1 has recently reached around 1920 hrs on it, and I have been seeing more frequent issues since I reached 1400hrs. Most of the issues occur with the print head knocking a print off of the print bed, hitting a support, or hitting the model and having a huge layer shift which causes immense stringing and a ruined print. This has been happening non-stop on one profile and a few other makerworld profiles as well. I have tried changing slicer settings support recommended, as well as other troubleshooting steps I will list below. Important to note that the machine has been lubricated on the x and y axis every month and the z axis every other month.
Troubleshooting steps:
Tried different nozzles and print beds

Bed leveling from calibration and vibration compensation

Tried Bambu PLA, 2 different spools of esun PLA, dried and retried all previous ones for 55hrs and tried again

Formatted sd card (had a software issue as well, wouldn’t update, fixed)

Lubricated the x, y, and z axis

Retensioned x belt, (vibration compensation)

Retensioned y belt (vibration compensation)

Changed part layer cooling to 3 layers

Added a thick brim
(Last 2 caused a horrible layer shift)

Dusted/cleaned machine thoroughly

Tried printing from external spool instead of PLA

Tried factory resetting machine

Tried manually loading code onto sd card

Tried reseating nozzle

Tried printing on the ground (reperformed vibration compensation) to eliminate possibility of vibration.causing it to mess up

Tried turning off reduce filament retraction

Tried increasing z hop

Tried turning off z hop

(Edit: forgot to mention tightening 4 screws behind nozzle)

end of list

I will happily take any advice as to what to do because I have tried different types of settings, filaments, hotness, build plates, and more with no luck so far. I am tempted to sell this and buy a different printer so if anyone has any recommendations for a printer as reliable as the A1 was when it was new I would happily take suggestions

Which firmware version ? and are part of the beta program ?
with said over extrusion appears to of been a recent issue.

if you have a multi object plate use bambu handy to skip the object

Have you tried tightening the 4 screws behind the nozzle?

Forgot to mention I had don’t that also

Not multi object, I was on 1.005.01 I think or something like that and am now on 1.007.01.00 and having the same issue I had previously (not beta)

I havent used my A1 since that update turned up (last week) , but the issues im having appear to be over extrusion related , which appears odd to be happening midway through a multi object plate ( im in beta and had similar issues 12 mths ago ) over extrusion sticking to the nozzle ,almost like its intensional and gcode related .

Did you figure this out? For me it was the infill type. The infill was bulging up above the layer itself. Once it got tall enough the nozzle would catch on it and knock it off. I switched to crosshatch.

Infill type for me as well. I was printing a tall, relatively skinny file and when I switched from Gyroid type to Triangles type infill I was able to print it without it being knocked over around 20-25% through
