I ordered H2D Laser Full Combo 10W but only Laser Module arrived

There may be problems with shipping, but the real problem is that reshipping takes so long.

I hope this time it really gets resolved. I’ve been shopping online for years and I’ve never had such a bad shopping experience.

Yes, I think that’s very unfortunate, the reshipping took so long probably because it’s the local agents holding the status of the items being shipped (by saying ā€œDear Bambu we’re investigating this item and please wait patiently blah blahā€) just like the way Bambu told you…

Anyway, best wishes that you can get a flawless machine asap.

I can’t say, the delivery of the H2D with DBSchenker went smoothly.
Wednesday evening, I received an email from DBSchenker to arrange a delivery date. I then chose the first available date (the following Monday), and on Monday at 9 a.m., DBSchenker was at my door.
The laser head was already delivered by DHL that Friday.

The source of the problem was not DBSchenker. It was Bambu’s request for the identity information requested by DBSchenker without specifying which order it was related to. At that time, I had two orders to be sent to two different people. Moreover, it was a ticket notification message, but it was not visible on my ticket screen.

I assumed that these identity details were for H2D, but they had made another mistake at the same time. The tracking code they sent me regarding the H2D shipment actually belonged to the Laser Module. And while I was reading the email requesting my identity details, I received information that H2D (actually the laser module) had been delivered. Despite this, I replied to the email, but it likely never reached them. By the time I went to the office and saw that the H2D hadn’t been delivered, the DBSchenker package had already been returned. Of course, it took days for Bambu Customer Service to understand this and initiate the re-shipping process. I’ve been waiting for it to be re-shipped ever since.

Finally, the shipment was made again. This time, I expect a smooth delivery since a photo ID was taken in advance. I repeat my recommendation: if possible, try to purchase such large printers from local retailers. If a problem arises, it seems that it takes quite a long time for Bambu Support to resolve it.

Finally, the printer arrived on Wednesday, September 10, exactly three months after my order date. Thanks for this terrible shopping experience. From now on, I’ll use local retailers unless there’s a huge price difference. I’m closing the ticket.

When you order the Laser Module Combo the printer comes free after the laser module is delivered.
