I shorted the board, can't submit ticket

I tried submitting a ticket but I get an error, I upload my exported print logs but it asks for the print logs.

I moved my AMS to a shelf beneath the printer and replaced all the worn out Teflon tubing with Bowden tubing, which was a mistake I see. I saw the buffer was stuttering and jittering, and I got an AMS assist motor overheated warning, but I thought it was that filament. I changed to a different feed funnel. But now, immediately when the AMS is plugged in, the assist motor turns on, even though no filament is loaded and nothing is detected by the printer. I checked for any loose filament bits. Chat says the motor is fine since it’s spinning, and that I likely shorted the AMS motherboard. Any thoughts on replacement parts? I’ll get Teflon tubing this time.

An error doesn’t mean you can’t put in a ticket. It means you’re doing something wrong when putting the ticket in. What error?

When I go through the app, clicking to upload files doesn’t take me anywhere like Bambu shows in their instructions. When I exported the print files to a USB it gave me an “enc” file. When I try to upload this on the web version it refuses to take it and gives me the error you see in the first screenshot “Please upload the printer log files” in red. I couldn’t see in the FAQ instructions if the “enc” file is correct, but it’s what the printer exported.

if I try to submit a ticket without the print log it gives me the same error to upload the log files.

I tried uploading the “enc” file here but it refuses.

You could try using the handy app for ticket submission. As I heard, it will automatically take the log from the printer and submit it to support. So whatever goes wrong during that step is taken out of your hands.
