I'm getting a HMS 0300-0300-0001 -0001 error (P1s)

A week ago I swapped hotend’s from .4mm to .2mm and got an error. After removing the front housing I check the housing fan connection. In Bambu Studio I was able to turn the front housing fan on and off. After this I was able to print.

Today I installed a new MicroSwiss FlowTech™ Hotend. This requires removing the old hotend fan off the original hotend and installing it on the FlowTech. Now I keep getting a HMS 0300-0300-0001 -0001 error. After re-checking connections and still getting the same error I swapped hotend fans with an unused Bambu hotend and got the same error now with two different hotend fans.

I tried reinstalling the original Bambu .4mm hotend and the results were the same.

Going to HMS_0300-0300-0001-0001: The hotend cooling fan speed is too slow or stopped | Bambu Lab Wiki I tried the manual method of 0C to 50C to force the hotend fan to start up but nothing.

Any ideas?

This morning I remembered installing Bambu Studio v02.04.00.70 prior to the error HMS 0300-0300-0001-001 when changing hotends. I thought I’d downgrade back to v02.03.00.70 to see if that made a difference. IT DID. Everything is working now!

I have no clue why there was a difference but I guess if it’s not broke, don’t fix it.
