I'm getting a slicing error when using two nozzles

I recently purchased my new X2D printer. My goal in choosing it was to save time and avoid filament waste in color printing. Currently, I only own one AMS . I feed the auxiliary nozzle from an external spool. If I only use the external spool, I can only print in single color from the auxiliary nozzle. However, whenever I try to use both nozzles, I get the following error “Bambu lab 0500-4014- 181023 -**Slicing for the print job failed“
How can i fix that and start to print?

hm. check AMS setup on the printer first. see if you can print anything from the printers internal files using the ams. if that works, then the printer side is ok and has to be a software issue.

at what point do you get the error? when you hit “slice plate” on the studio?

I can already print from AMS without any problems. I print from pre-made templates using the Bambu Handy. I experience problems when I click “start print”. I don’t have this problem if I use only one nozzle, whether it’s the main or auxiliary nozzle.
