is it possible to import the printer profiles from other slicers such as cura?
I’m not sure what your objective is. Can you clarify why you would want to do this?
In case you were not aware, Bambu Studio is based off of Prusa Slicer and the base software code has numerous third part printers. Here’s where to find that.

a universal printer settings export like .3mf files would be nice
While that’s nice to know, you still have not articulated what your desired goal is. Or is this just a curiosity piece?
I have a need, I am getting a p1s and my ender 3 pro is supported but my ender 7 is not. I have a good cura profile and it would be nice to just import it.
You will need to recreate it or see if Creality created a profile.
You may be better served with Orca slicer. It is based on the same code but targeted at many more things than the BS offering, it may be resolved for you there. You can still print to any BL printer from Orca Slicer.
Thanks My new P1S has the AMS so I think I have to stay with BS. I have used cura for years and was sort of forced into BS but after playing around in BS for a while … I need to dump cura. I guess I’ll manually bang in the ender 7.
