In LAN mode, A1 takes a *LONG* time to start print

I am running an A1 with firmware 01.05 and Bambu Studio 2.2.2.56.

When I run in WAN mode and send a print file, the printer shows the job on the A1’s screen in 5 seconds and then starts the print in another 3 seconds.

When I run in LAN mode and send the same print file, the printer does not show the job on the A1’s screen for a full minute, then starts the print.in a few seconds.

If I turn on “Developer Mode”, the LAN download is just as fast as WAN mode.

Does anyone know why normal LAN mode takes so long? What is going on during that long delay?

I have exactly the same problem (with LAN mode, A1 firmware 1.06, Bambu Studio 2.4.0.70). I also get occasional connection problems when I try to send a print (even though printer is shown in the Bambu Studio “Device” tab and the onscreen jog controls work fine).
