That doesn’t look like a nozzle clog so much as filament escaping from somewhere it shouldn’t be coming out of.
….and I wouldn’t have tried “breaking” that away, I would have heated the nozzle back up and let the whole thing soften then try to pull it off as one piece. Less force gets exerted on the print head that way.
Run a full machine calibration. Calibration cube as someone else said. Wiggle test everything to see if anything is loose that shouldn’t be.
I ran all the calibrations that I could find on Bambu studio.
