Inconsistent prints after nozzle clog

Hi Forum.

I have about 300 hours on a brand new H2S, and everything has been going well.

Since I bought the machine, I rarely had print fails, and pretty much expected each print to work.

But the other night I left a print overnight, and found a disaster upon checking the next morning.

Images below should how the filament clogged up the extruder.

I was able to slowly break away all the pieces and eventually cleared all the clogging, and continued printing afterwards.

But now the printer seems less reliable. About half of the prints fail, either knocking supports over, spaggiti.

Some prints are fine, others just keep failing.
I dry the filament, and keep the plate clean and dry.

My question is now if the machine got damaged when the nozzle got clogged, and if perhaps one of the axis’s got damaged?

I’m not sure how to go about to try and fix this and get more consistent results for prints

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

just print a calibration cube now

That doesn’t look like a nozzle clog so much as filament escaping from somewhere it shouldn’t be coming out of.

….and I wouldn’t have tried “breaking” that away, I would have heated the nozzle back up and let the whole thing soften then try to pull it off as one piece. Less force gets exerted on the print head that way.

Run a full machine calibration. Calibration cube as someone else said. Wiggle test everything to see if anything is loose that shouldn’t be.

Is something wrong with my printer?

I’m expecting perfect prints like when I got the machine, now the prints seems inconsistent and not perfect

Have you followed the advice of @CarbonForge before you continued printing?

I ran all the calibrations that I could find on Bambu studio.

I sometimes get the HMS_0300-2500-0001-000C: An anomalous jump in the extruder eddy current sensor data has been detected, potentially caused by poor sensor contact or a faulty sensor.

Update, I replaced the nozzle and now the machine works like new, prints are immaculate
