Incorrect support/raft fillament

I was trying to print with PC, using the first layer as Support for PA to prevent warping.

In brief, there is a single part with tree support enabled, and two raft layers.

The idea is that the raft is done using the Support for PA, which sticks quite well to the bed without warping, the PC support branches and the part are then printed on top of the raft, as PC sticks well to that raft, support for PA is also used as the support interface.

I tryied every combination of Support/On build plat only, Support/raft interface, Support/raft base and brim but the really first layer was always PC and then the raft was printed on top of it which kills the purpose of the raft layer.

The intendet materials for each layer are:
Raft material → Support for PA
Raft interface material → Support for PA (same as raft base)
Support base material → PC to minimise fillament changes
Support interface material → Support for PA (same as raft interface)

First, it would useful to decouple the Support/raft base and interface settings to be able to set different materials for each one as they serve different purposes.

Secondly, raft should always be the first layer material, and the support tree branches should be printed on top of it unless on build plate only is enabled.

I noticed it in version before 2.2.1.60 but it is still present on this one
