I’d like some feedback on this idea.
Main thing : you could lock infill direction relative to the object, in object settings. I have a part with long “arms” and it want the infill to be only one certain way, but i print multiple objects on one plate and need to rotate the part itself sometimes to fit stuff, then I have to remember to adjust the infill also.
Or let us adjust only top layer “infill” and lock it to part.
Issue is when the top layer prints at wrong angle the quality is really bad for the top surface with petg.
