With my recently purchased new BAMBULAB X1C this morning I see that the print is rotated from about 8°
I verifiy the PEI plate to be in correct position
I have made a complete calibration directly from beginning
I print a 20x20x20 mm cube correctly except it is rotated on the plate from about 8° but dimensions are OK
How to correct this issue ?
To be sure I had the plate installed correctly, I would remove the plate and confirm that the nozzle is also not moving parallel to the edges of the bed. The bed is held with six screws, they can be loosened and the bed rotated a small amount.
If the misalignment is too great to fix this way, I would be contacting Bambu support for a possible replacement.

ok thank you I will check due to the fact that the printer is new I will wait for a possible return to Bambulab under guarantee

For me this is an issue because it’s a brand new machine (only 14 days printing) .
Following indications of Ikraus my machine has only one screw accessible at each of the supports it would be great to have adetalled procedure I am not sure , I can solve the problem myself…
Can you post a picture of the build plate on the printer?

It becomes an issue when you’re printing something that’s using up most of the build plate. The rotation could cause some of the print to move off the plate.
Think of a 256x256 square. It fits on the plate, but only if aligned “squarely”.

My A1’s are also similar in that they are mildly out of true if you try to run a full 256x256 plate, but only by very small amounts in both rotational angle and absolute position. Some amount is normal - these are mechanical machines. Yours is too skewed to be normal IMO.
What Ikraus stated has the possibility to correct the issue, if your bed has enough room to rotate.
If the bed correction Ikraus highlighted is not able to get it right, you should definitely be choosing to pursue a refund/replacement.

No, I think it is corectly machined but for some reason has moved from it’s original position .
