Invoice availability in US store site

I decided to download all of my invoices from the US store web site. To my surprise, although there is still information about my orders back to my first order on 2024-12-14, the earliest order for which a “Download invoice” link is provided is from 2025-02-21, and there is no such link for my orders on 2025-02-18 and earlier.

Is it deliberate that old invoices become unavailable in less than a month? Could this please be changed?

I am with you on this.

It is just data, but, important data.

In the grand scheme of things the amount of storage your invoices takes up it a tiny amount of a single image you upload to go along with the other 29 images you can add.

This is clearly not a storage issue nor a security one or the recent ones wouldn’t appear.

In the EU & U.K it is a requirement to provide such information.

Can we get an answer @BambuLab ?
