I have my settings dialled in pretty well, but I can’t seem to figure out how to resolve the rough sections that are on the left and right.
Any ideas?

Hmm. What are your settings, they may help me decide on a possible solution.
Maybe you could try to lower print speed on the last ironing layer or lower nozzle temp.
