Ironing worse on H2D then P1S

So I just got the H2D recently previously I had a P1S and the ironing settings were perfect. Everything was really smooth, but on my H2D they’ve been pretty bad in my mind. I’m wondering if any of you have ironing setting adjustments for me or if I’m just crazy and I need to adjust something in the settings.

oh also yes they are the same nozzle sizes
Edit all bambu labs PLA basic

Ive never liked ironing very much.

But is there really any other why to make it look good

I don’t know if there’s any other way, I only know that ironing is not the way

If the part allows it, you could try to print it face down on a smooth PEI plate.

I tried ironing a couple of times and most of the times it was not giving a proper finish. It is a pita to dial in.

With minimal part cooling and aux fan off it could maybe give a better result but if you can avoid it, I would.

Any advice for ironing ‘frame’ surface where two sides were nozzle was moving perpendicular direction to the side looks perfect while two sides where parallel looks ugly (30mm/s and 26%). Is this possible to set different ironing direction for different sides of the same surface? It is H2D and ASA-CF
