Had someone report that part of my design doesn’t exist (I mean you can see it in the 3D preview etc…) it’s 100% a user issue. Reported on the 29th and heard nothing so far.
Reported a pointless rating previously too on the 24th and I don’t think I’ve heard anything back there either (a 3 star with “Ok” as the only comment - what do I do with that feedback?)
Anyone getting responses at the moment?
I only get a response from a report when they are accepted, lately.
If I don’t get an answer within 24h, I just consider them rejected. 
So it’s time to report again. 
Thanks - reported one of them again (the incomplete model user error), lets see if anything happens this time
true…but rejected reports seems to be ignored if reported again, i got a low rating from a user, his printer was the issue, and he admitted it via DM and said his printer is out of commission and waiting for replacement, yet i reported it after the 1st rejection with support evidence from DM but got ignored about 3 times.
or maybe there is a system to junk reports after rejection, you know to avoid winey people…
