Is it normal for H2D to become difficult to remove the hotend?

It might be the hotend and the heater parts are adhered by the melted filament!(PLA)

Do we need to heat it up everytime when we need to remove the hotend?
or Is there any technique to remove the adhension??

I had the same issue, you’ll need to replace fhe hotend heating assembly, that one is dying

Not a difficult job, at least i found if easy (right hotend in my case)

Thanks. I changed mine once, however it occurerd again soon after I replaced it!!
Isn’t it better to remove the adhension from the hotend and the heater??

that’s strange, two faults in a short while might point to something else being wrong, i’d raise a support ticket

not sure what you mean by removing adhesion, in my case there was no actual filament residue, there was sometimes a bit of gunk but it was from the metal itself, but even cleaning completely with IPA would not solve it, now with the replacement part it hasn’t happened again
