Have 0.4 hardened steel, is this OK with PPA-CF?
Also the temperature Bambu gives seems low for PPA, are they recommending a lower temp because of temp limits in the printer?

I would say yes. I printed a whole roll of sirayatech ppa-cf with the 0.4HF hot end.
I forgot what temp my profile has, it was a couple weeks ago, but it was nowhere near the printers 350°c limit.
Wow that’s a brave challenge, kudos for the hf to survive that
I was a bit worried at first lol. It went just fine though. I believe sirayatech changed the formulation of their ppa-cf so that it runs reliably with a 0.4mm nozzle.
I’ve used Bambu pa6-gf, eSun pa-cf, and tinmorry PETG-cf in the HF hot end as well without issue.
I also print PPA-CF, PET-CF, PAHT-CF, and similar filaments using my 0.4 mm High Flow nozzle without any issues, exclusively with Bambu Lab filaments.
