I’m a 3D artist from Bosnia and Herzegovina and I’m contemplating to publish my models on MakerWorld. Being that I’m from a 3rd world country, and I can’t redeem the standard points for gift cards or Maker’s Supply in my country. I wanted to ask if that also the case for “Exclusive Points”?
Has anybody managed to redeem exclusive points for cash in a country that isn’t supported by the regular points shop?
I am confused because there’s a list of countries in the “Points Shop” tab, my country is not there, but as soon as I switch to “Redeem Cash” tab, the list is gone so I assume that same rules don’t apply for redeeming cash. I assume that I can’t redeem standard points because my country doesn’t have a Bambu store, but redeeming Exclusive Points as cash via a credit card sounds possible.
I contacted support and got generic answers and I’m hoping to get some more info from you guys. Thanks in advance!

regular points are tied to the points shop which only works in supported regions. since bosnia is not listed they cannot be redeemed.
exclusive points can be cashed out at about $0.066 per point with a $100 minimum once you qualify. the cash tab has no country list because it is not tied to a local store. some people in europe managed to redeem them with a simple invoice so it looks more global.
You are right, regular points have the supported regions list and I’m 100% sure they can’t be used in Bosnia.
Exclusive points don’t have such a list, and when switching to Redeem Cash tab the list is gone. This makes me think that it’s possible to Redeem Cash in Bosnia.
However, I just wanted to double check with support, as I know that a lot of stuff is not available in Bosnia. They kept taking about the “Points Shop” and when I sent them the images that I uploaded here. They told me something like “Thanks for your feedback, it will be forwarded to relevant teams in order to improve the service”. That left me without an answer and I’m afraid to start building my profile just to find out that I can’t cash out.
Just looking for people who managed to cash out exclusive points, who are not in a supported region when it comes to regular points/points shop.
Do you happen to be from Bosnia or any other country that is not supported by the Points Shop?

If I don’t find anybody who did it before, I think I’ll just try to build an eligible profile (100 prints), join the Exclusive program and hope for the best. Your info gave me a huge motivation boost!
I’m from Singapore, which is one of the supported countries under Asia in the points shop. When you redeem exclusive points for cash, the approved amount is first credited to your Creator Centre wallet. The payout is then processed via Airwallex, where you can choose your country, currency and payment method, and enter your bank details to complete the transaction. I’ve made multiple payouts to my own country, but the process should be similar for you.
In the U.K. we are presented a few choices, I imagine different territories would have different options and the number of them suited to that locality.
Here we are asked if we want two expensive fee and long wait choices or a nearly free and instant option.
I hope that options for my country are not only “the other two” that you have lol.
But I’d be happy to at least have the option to pay out, knowing how limited my country is. Love making models and MakerWorld looks like a great choice!
Unfortunately the only payment method supported for Bosnia is SWIFT International Transfer, which incurs a $25 fee. Perhaps if you payout a large sum of money at a time it would be more worthwhile?
