Does Bambulab even look at this? I had the same issue with my mini (brand new), would not print so I tore the thing down SEVERAL TIMES myself cause customer support was useless at the end for some reason it started working fine, and now I am having the same issue with a new A1, took it apart twice already and nothing. It is so frustrating that something like this happens to brand-new equipment, If someone knows the reason and the solution please post it cause not even the creators know!
