i’m new to this forum, like in Bambu Lab world so i wanna welcome everyone 
From few weeks i own a P1S printer witch prints flawless in my opinion, no problems at all … but 
during the last print I noticed a problem that I had not seen before on any print. The print is a flat label for my sim panel.
During this print I used the Ironing option, which showed this problem. Additionally, the print is very low, only 0.4 mm but it is 297 mm long, so I placed it on the table diagonally. Less than half looks really great, it is smooth as a mirror under the finger 
unfortunately on the rest you can see something like this.
I printed this element twice in the same position and the effect is the same in both cases. It looks like a poorly leveled table to me, but I prefer to ask more experienced users

Ah, I also need to mention that when printing larger elements placed along almost the entire Y axis, I can see that while the nozzle is moving along the Y axis, the table is slightly moving up and down - probably because it is not leveled correctly, but as I mentioned, I have not noticed any problems with any other print, including adhesion.

The printer “auto levels” by measuring the build plate height at a few different places, and then adjusting the Z height on-the-fly to compensate for the tilt of the plate. That’s why you see the build plate move up/down during sweeps from one side of the plate to the other.
What you want is called “tramming”, setting the plate up mechanically so it’s as level as it can be. There are little adjuster screws on the underside of the build plate platform so you can do this. The Wiki has instructions on how to tram the build plate.

ok, thank You, but what I see on my print could caused by the wrong bed leveling ? and if so than doing manual tramming of the bed to be as level as possible will solve the problem ?
the ironing occurs in a pattern, at an angle. One side is good one side isn’t.
check your slice preview
find the layer of that ironing
roll forward the replay slider and see, which end prints first?
If the good end was first, slightly increase ironing flow, try again
If the bad end was first, then I don’t have a lot of ideas other than bed level as well 
Ironing is primarily about bulldozing, and secondarily about extruding tiny amounts under a pressurized nozzle to fill exposed crevices. If it started off good and drifted to bad, it might just need slightly more material to keep up.
Edit: If you continue to struggle w/ ironing (you will struggle if you use lots of different filaments and brands - they all differ) this may help give insight to your material, but it’s settings for a small surface area will not directly translate to your enormous surface area. In my case, the good end was printed first, but this is not entirely true.
If you look closely at first picture, you can see that Ironing first looks nice (from the side of the FCU LCD text), then ugly and finally again nicer (from the side of the CAPT PFD text). It looks like the ironing was bad moslty on centrer of the plate. I checked the Plate and it looks ok to my eye, and adheres well over the entire heatbed.
Ironing was done in this order:
The second part on the plate looks entirely good, but this i think means nothing cause it is layer of another part it’s small part.
Rotate the print 180º and print again. If the problem stays on the same side of the build plate, it’s plate leveling or maybe a slightly bent nozzle. The issue is mechanical. If the defects follow the model (move to the other side with the end-to-end swap), the problem is the model.
