Is this kind of surface texture normal for silk filament?

Hi, it’s the first time I’m trying silk filament and this is Polymaker’s. It gives me a surface texture like this and I was wondering if it is normal and if there is a way to control it.

Nozzle Temp was 220°C and speed is 30 mm/s for outer wall. It has 2 walls but I also tried 3 walls. Infill is %10 Gyroid. Printing order is Outer/Inner.

Just out of curiosity, for the top blue model, what do the speed, temperature and layer time visualizations in the slicer look like? Do any of them feature that horizontal band?

Yeah that band surprised me as well. It happens between where the hole is.
