I’m having an issue with the calibration of the cutting module. The first stage, where it performs the “Mounting Calibration,” completes correctly.
However, in the second stage, where it asks to perform the “Cutting Module Offset Calibration,”
it instructs me to place 80 gsm white printer paper in the center of the base so that it covers the cutting area marked in red.
I’ve tried using the sample paper that came with the printer,
but it’s unable to complete the calibration correctly and ends up showing an error, which I’ve attached.
Any idea what could be happening?
