Hi, I had the same problem with a brand new printer. Adjusting the tension only solved the error message until the next print work.
However, after I relocated the printer to a sturdy table (with less vibration) the error message disappeared. I have been using the printer for many hours without any problem.
In short: place your printer in a heavy table with little to no vibration.
