Issue with hotbed and hotend heating

I have an issue with P1S.

At first it showed in slicer an error of hotend fan and instructed me to check connections, I’ve done that, but nothing happened, error was still appearing. After a while error disappeared and it went through with proces of preparing the printer, but temp of hotbed does not reach required temp (it is stuck one degree below requested temp) while hotend does not heat at all (stuck at 0).

I’ve checked all the connections twice, both in hotend and on the circuit board on the back of the printer, nothing seems wrong, I’ll attach some pictures below.

I have also reached out to Bambu support but that did not help and they stopped responding.

Please help, I have several time sensitive print waiting for almost a month now, maybe someone here will be able to help.

This one is hotend fan

Set nozzle temp to 70°C to see this fan spinning or not. If not replace it.

The hotend fan runs automatically by itself when nozzle temp higher than 50°C

When you start a print and if the printer couldn’t read the tacho feedback from the fan, it’d spit out error and stop the print before the print acutal start.

When error happens, there will be error code showing up on the tiny LCD or on the BambuHandy/BambuStudio. That code would help to narrow down the problem.
