Hello,
At some point (it is difficult to determine exactly when and under what circumstances), the P1S printer started behaving incorrectly during the Load Filament and Unload Filament operations. Please see the attached video showing the issue.
Observed behavior

After a full power cycle (turning the printer off and on via the power supply), the first Load/Unload attempt works correctly.

After that, the problem returns and Load/Unload behaves incorrectly again.
Troubleshooting already performed

SD card: formatted.

Firmware: updated to the latest version (v1.09), also test roll back to v1.08.
At this moment I cannot identify what triggers the issue, so I would appreciate any recommendations or guidance on further diagnostics and possible root causes.
