Could anybody help me with fixing the slicing issue in the current version of BambuStudio.
There is a kind of “Flower cutter” model, it has double thickness walls (2x0.4mm thick) with a single (0.4mm) cutting edge, aligned with the internal wall. The full consistency of the internal wall and all corners is critical for printing.
Please have a look the screenshot - there is a “step” on the top single wall (red circled). On the right side of the screenshot there is the same model sliced in the FlashForce FlashPrint slicer, which is also imperfect, but it does not have the “step” issue on this model.
I understand that both slicers work differently with sharp corners, but the main issue for me that BambuStudio does it differently for the parts of the same model - it uses one way for the double-wall section and another way for the single wall. I understand that the corner is too sharp to be printed exactly as in the model, so it is Ok that the slicer is adjusting the wall, I just need to enforce it to do it the same way in both the single and double wall sections.
Please help!!!
