Just had this issue. Its where it starts and stops the inner and outer wall. Its bambu TPU85A. I am printing this on my other H2d with no issue. Same settings. I trimmed up the top. Any ideas?
I presume that you see this behavior also in the slicer.
I suspect that the colored geometry is causing this problem. Those layers are probably interrupted by the other (black) color, but the gap is so small, that it’s virtually impossible to lay a bead of other material in between.
Sharing the 3mf file might help to better diagnose this issue.

I would suspect the issue is in the 3D model.
But first you can try to move your seam to a different location. If it keeps producing seams there, then there is a big chance it’s in the geometry.
Sometimes hiding the seam makes things better to see.
I set the seam to random postion and now it just spread them all out. The bumps are everywhere now instead of just in the corner. I dont think its a design issues. As this prints fine on the other H2D. Anything else?
I thought you had an issue with the gap just below the color change.
A test was if moving the seam (I didn’t say random) would show still a see at that particular position.
You can even manually draw your seam location.
As mentioned earlier. Share the 3mf file with the initial issue, so it’s easier to diagnose the issue.
Sorry, I missed this. If this is the case, there is an issue with your printer.
Maybe it was just a one off.
Anyone else have any ideas?
