So this is an ongoing issue for us of about 2 months now. Our A1 went down with a hot end issue, we replaced the part, however like a total noob I broke one of the wires, so we replaced it a second time, but the issue continued.
After some trouble shooting with Bambu, we determined our TH board had a short and needed to be replaced. The parts were shipped and arrived yesterday. I took absolute care when installing the board, reassembled it today. It boots fine, however when it goes to clean the toolhead it sounds like it’s being knocked around on that crevasse on the build plate, and it won’t actually lay down a test strip, instead it just kind of clicks and very slowly extrudes filament and ultimately messes up the Initial Layer. I’m at a loss and very frustrated. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
