I've been having problems with underextrusion for the past few days

I’ve been having an underextrusion problem for the past few days.

I’m printing white PLA from AMS slot 1 on the left nozzle. The first layer looks fine, but as the print speed increases, far too little filament comes out. I then tried printing something else from slot 2 with a different material, and that worked, but now it’s not printing as well.

The right nozzle printed without any problems, but yesterday I also had underextrusion issues with black PLA from AMS-HT.

I’ve already tried a new nozzle, but I’m still getting the same problem.

I’m at a loss and puzzled because it appeared so suddenly.

Perhaps someone can help me and has encountered this problem before.

Thank you!

Assuming everything else is OK and filament dry and well calibrated you may be facing the the issue I and some other had. My prints were like yours at the beginning then next prints were even worse.

It can also simply be some debris in the extruder but you will see when you remove the parts of the hotend to get to it.

First layer looks so good but then…

Not saying this is it but when my extruder gear had just started to fail my first layer, although on smaller print, was OK because of the slow speed my second layer at higher speed started to develop under extrusion and it went worse from there, the higher the speed the worse it got

Something similar happened to my X1 Carbon when the extruder was dirty as hell. When speed increased, it slipped every now and then to feed the filament. So check the extruder for any debris etc., could be as simple as that.
