Can I use Bambu Studio to join parts together perfectly?
Let’s say, for example, I have 4 quarters or a circle on 4 build plates. I want to join them all onto one build plate to create one perfect circle rather than the 4 quarters.
Can I select the sides to join and have BambuStudio to join them perfectly?
The Boolean function performs this operation. First, select all objects by holding CTRL and clicking each one. Then right-click the selection and choose Assemble. This creates an assembly containing multiple objects. Next, position each component as desired for the final arrangement. Use the Boolean Union feature to merge them. Because it only works on two objects at a time, you’ll need to merge two, then the next two, and continue until a single object remains.
Note that if you’re asking whether there’s a way to automatically mate two surfaces precisely at specific corners or edges, that falls under true CAD functionality. No slicer I’m aware of can do that.
