Hi! I am trying to print a long model and scaled it up to the maximum (a couple of mm left on both sides). I noticed that top left corner (near the chute) always prints with severe bumps (looks like an overextrusion to me). The mid part is ok-ish (acceptable at least), the down right corner is also a bit rough but better. As far as I know the probe extrapolates measure results to create a mesh of the bed and it is not 100% on edges. Is there a way to fix it? I printer this model several times and in different orientations, yet the result is always the same. Is it only me or it is considered ok and i should bite a bullet?
This is p1s printed wit ha standard PLA. I did flow rate and dynamics calibration as long as an overall calibration just before the print. I always do bed leveling before the print
My thoughts are that it’s a result of over extrusion but is caused by the model warping up at the ends. This will cause the surface defects as you see as the filament has no where to go with the warp of the model occupying the space.
Things I would try is to clean the plate, add more of a brim, add more bed temperature (5-10c but be careful with PLA and chamber temp) and make sure the aux fan isn’t causing the part to warp. Have you tried printing on a different plate? Those 3rd party plates can have problems with adhesion.

I just picked up the finished print and the corner is indeed slightly lifted. I will probably tri a larger brim next time.
This is not a 3rd party plate, it is an official bambu effect sticker. I also tried it on a textured plate, the result was the same and always in that spot, that’s why i thought it was a faulty bed leveling
Apologies about plate misidentification. I forgot about Bambu’s carbon fiber sticker.
Another thing that can contributed to warping is high wall count. So you can try reducing that if it isn’t a requirement.

Also add mouse ears for even better adhesion.
And the rim of the bed is likely colder than the rest, so it might help to have a higher bed temperature.
