Having done many fill and cut parts of Opaque Glossy Acrylic Black material, I am finding the contrast of the fill to be getting less over time. Settings have remained the same, as far as I can tell. The parts are not having the same contrast of the white engraving on the black they used to.

The laser is being routinely cleaned and optics checked. I am struggling to find the cause and the correction needed to restore the excellent contrast it has originally.

Is the laser performance deteriorating over time?

Is there a test file to generate a test card for speed vs power with all parameters previously set? I have done this manually but would be great to have a single file for this, provided by the system?
