I’m attempting to engrave an anodized object using the “laser fill” mode. While I’ve calibrated the laser focus, I’ve found that I get a much crisper result if I set the height of the surface 3mm lower than reality. The problem with this is that changing the height affects both the focus of the laser and the visual compensation of the birds-eye view. The “laser cutting” mode has a “lower focus enable” option that allows you to offset the focus point, but this does not exist for the “laser fill” mode. Has anyone experienced this? Any suggestions on how to overcome the issue?
