Ich möchte VHB Klebeband mit dem Laser ausschneiden und suche geeignete Parameter.
Das Band ist 1,1mm dick und aus grauem Schaum.
Für das Gravieren gibt es ja eine Vorlage aber zum Schneiden finde ich nichts.
Hat jemand eine Strategie wie man solche Parameter ermittelt ?

Nachdem sie sich eh bei Software schon genug bei Xtool bedient haben, mach es ihnen gleich und schau mal in deren Referenz Library nach, ob sie schon was dazu haben. Einfach auch dort nen 10W Blauen Laser wählen (oder 40W wenn du hast).

How about first checking if the stuff is suitable for a laser, especially one inside a printer…
I would use caution trying to cut VHB with the laser. I have and do cut VHB with a CO2 laser but had issues trying with a 40W laser. A 10W will most likely just melt it. You need to cut fast so it doesn’t melt and have the power to punch through quickly.
Also, doing this (or any cutting) inside the printer is going to release residue and with VHB, adhesive residue. That will now stick to everything in your printer…
