Last layer waves

My X1 Carbon has started to fail when printing the last layers. I only notice it when I print flat surfaces of a certain size. Waves appear near the back edge of the print, more concentrated in the corners. I have had this happen with several models and different PLA filaments. Sometimes it gets stuck to the hotend, tearing off the print and dragging it. I thought it might be a warping problem, but the object doesn’t seem to come off the print plate, and the first layer is fine. I am using smooth PEI plates. I hope someone can give me some clue as to what the problem could be in this case.

The waves are caused by the part surface warping up and pushing against the nozzle. It’s not the bottom layers that are the problem, the top layers are shrinking and pulling the part up off the bed.

How are you cleaning your plate? Is your AUX fan blasting the part in the last couple layers?

Thank you for your reply. I clean the plate with warm water and neutral detergent and use Bambu Lab liquid glue for those prints. The object is properly glued to the plate once the print is finished, it is even somewhat difficult to peel off. The auxiliary fan is at 70% for this filament profile, which is the default value of the profile, I have not made any changes and it is a configuration that, until recently, worked well.
Bambu Lab technical support suggests a manual leveling of the bed.
I am inclined to think that it is, indeed, warping. I think I can’t disable the auxiliary fan only for the last layers to see how it affects.

I have a similiar problem here. Have you found a solution?
