Layer issue on one corner of print

Hello Everyone!

I’ll start of by saying I’m new here and I apologize in advance if my description or explanation does not make sense. I’ve printed 3 versions of this purse, and the first one was flawless. The 2 following that have had these lines(?) or layer issues in the same corner of the print. I’m printing this on an A1 Mini so the print is a tight fit on the plate. When I reached out to a friend about it, he threw out a number of ideas like “pressure advance”, “retraction”, and “crossing perimeters”, but he didn’t really explain how those things could cause these issues. I’ve included pictures of a print I did in rainbow PLA, and the other is black TPU. The PLA was barely noticeable, but he TPU was a different story. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Is timelapse on?

If so. Add a prime tower or turn it off.

It was! I didnt realize that could cause an issue. Is that becauses its pausing to take the picture, and thats the spot it returns too?

I went back and checked my first print that came out well and I also had timelapes on. Maybe it was that plus humidity or some other factor
