Layer line around the outside

When printing a small area on a large surface, these lines appear. It might be related to cooling.

This is known as the benchy hull line.

I had the very same issue. I tried printing 4x slower, enclosure to keep the temperature and printing outer/inside. But the result did not change.

Then I changed from Bambulab PLA Matte to eSUN PLA+, and the line is barely visible.

I came to the conclusion the issue might not be the printer but the filament. Yeah I know, there should be a solution but unfortunately after ton of Googling and troubleshooting I couldn’t find any solution to this phenomenon.
