Layer separation at the outer walls near the top surfaces

We have two Bambu Lab X1Cs and both of them have the issue of layer splitting/separation when it is printing outer walls after finishing a top surface of the print, Have tried changing the flow rate (using the default calibration tool on X1C), the infill overlap percentage, slowing down the outer wall speed to around 40m/s, printing outer before inner walls cannot seem to find a solution to fix this recurring issue. Have also updated the firmware to latest version and also reinstalled Bambu Studio on my laptop. Any help would be nice. Thank you.

Hi, is the problem always in the same place? Could this be related to the drawing? Or do you have a problem with the temperature? Is your printing material PLA? The internal temperature of the device reaches its max at the end of the printing. (12 hours or longer)

I have tried various prints and most of the time it’s there especially for longer prints >5 hrs, it always happens near the top surface. Let me attach a few images. These are the ones that I had recently taken and are the good ones actually it gets way worst than this in most cases unfortunately I cannot find images for the same but these will give you an idea.

Hi again ,
I found this link Lines in Print where top surface meets outer walls
Could this be the same as your problem?
There is an answer there that you can try.
