Hi All,
I am using a P1S with a 0.4mm nozzle and Bambu PETG-HF filament. I’m feeding from an AMS with an internal relative humidity of 11%. Printing at 0.2mm layer height. I am running into an issue with a print.
The print has an overhang that requires support. Where the print transitions above the support, there is always a small gap between layers on the same corner. Any thoughts on why this might be happening and how to fix it? I use BambuSlicer exclusively.
Here is a list of things I’ve tried so far:
- Support using the standard BambuSlicer settings; using a raft interface of PLA and z distance of 0 between support and object; and using no interface material, but a lower z distance of 0.2 and an upper z distance of 0 (The support stuck and the gap remained).
- Changing the wall loop numbers
- Changing the wall loop speed. I currently have it at 50mm/s.
- Changing filament types.
- Adding seams to force the nozzle to start and stop in a different location.
- Calibrating the machine.
- Rotating the print on the print plate.
- Classic Wall Generator and Arachne
- Changing the infill density
I am at a loss about what to try next. Has anyone else experienced this? What did you do to resolve it?
Thanks!
