Hello, today I just got My P2S Combo - Im printing thing with 2 colors - after third filament change there is layer shift . Where is the problem? These same project on P1S works well.
Is this a reoccurring issue with the same print at the same place?
Yes, tried 3 times - always in same place. On P1S works well.
I have encountered the exact same issue, which I have already reported to the customer service team. Regrettably, they failed to provide any constructive or actionable solution.
The problem visible in the attached image is a layer shift that occurred after a toolhead wrapping false alarm (misreporting), which allowed the printing process to continue and result in the misalignment.
Furthermore, I have discovered numerous other issues with this machine. You will find that more problems become evident over time. I am profoundly disappointed with this unit; it is completely unfit for daily use, and as such, I am intending to return the product.
