My H2C is practically brand new… Any idea what is causing this issue? I pauses to clean nozzle a bit and upon resuming the print this happened.
When you pause to “clean the nozzle” are you manually moving the head at all? Is there a shift if you pause but don’t clean the nozzle? Does the printer home after you pause it? Check to make sure your PTFE tube lengths are long enough to allow the head to fully home. If they are slightly too short it will register an improper home and you will see shift.
Theses are the risks you take at anytime you disrupt a print.

Is it really a shift, or are we looking at shrinkage?
On the 2nd image it seems like it’s overhanging on all sides.
What material were you printing?
In other words. Did you use a heated chamber?
Could be but during a pause I believe the machine locks the print head in place over the poop chute… I just re-ran the part and didn’t touch it at all and had the same issue (albeit not quite as bad)
It was a full shift on the Y axis… Just double checked the part. I’m using PETG.
Weird phenomenon. I guessed, that cooling down of the part in a heated chamber might have been a reason.
I would consider to open a ticket at support.
