*When the printer starts to print the toplayers of as model the left side(Aux fan side) starts to look boiled. (See photo)

Looks like the part lifted off the build plate in that area or with that size could also have lifted the build plate entirely due to warping of the part
Ensure absolute cleanliness of the build plate surface and customize the filament profile to not use the aux fan and may also try with a slightly higher build plate temperature.

After cleaning the buildplate the size of the boiler looking part was smaller.
I printed another item of the same size.
That was printed without problems.
I manual switched off the aux fan after an hour printing (Before the boiling occurred) that solved the problem
