I’m also below level 7 (im level 3) so i cant PM them. my main question is can i use the clips in the project (for the motor and circuit board and batters) but not the rest of the project? or like, make my project from scratch, not remixing it, and base my design off their clips? Thx!
You can make a model that works with the turntable kit, there are no restrictions there, it is available from Bambu Lab via MakerSupply.
You cannot do anything derived from the model you linked. It has a lice that prohibits any changes, remixes or work directly based off efforts the designer made. They use the Standard Digital File License.

That would be considered a remix as you would be using their efforts.
You need to design your own solutions without using their efforts.

Yes.
That is how much of the design process works.
I would strongly suggest that you observe how something works and create a distinct version.
Inspiration is very different to copying, and copying is very different to inspiration.
Not only would copying be wrong and legally troubling for you, but you would do yourself a disservice by doing it.
