Hi. How many hours can you excpect from the standard 0.4 hardned nozzle.
Lets say 50% is printed with CF filament.
And what is a good sign of nozzle wear?

800 to 1000 hours
Visual inspection of the print and the nozzle are the best ways to tell. Worn out nozzles do not print thay bad most of the time.
Blobs and inconsistent extrusion are the biggest signs.
I think it is just better to replace them by hours and keep some spares.

It’s not measured in hours, it’s measured in meters or kilograms.
You’ll notice wear even at 10kg. Depends how picky you are about the flow rate changing. If you want someone to pick a number for you, 30kg.
Inspecting the hotend aperture with a magnifier. Or you could make some go/no go feeler gauges to insert with your limits for wear, say 10% wider is no go.
